Two-level apartment overlooking the river

This apartment was created in case its owners will come to Kiev, and the rest of the time it is planned to lease it. This is a one-bedroom apartment, but to accommodate all guests in the living room there is a sofa on which, if necessary, can accommodate two people. And a two-tier bed, which is hidden in the wall. In general, the apartment can comfortably accommodate six people. In addition, there are additional functional areas where you can work, relax or eat. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a separate shower and a utility block in the hallway with washing and drying machines. The interior is made in the loft style, and the fireplace in the common space sets up communication and creates coziness.

The main task is to create in the interior as many different places for working and relaxing family members

It is so nicely to come here back after a hard working day; because it is so cosy to recreate and escape into the thoughts surrounding with soft natural colors.

The house is full of appeasement, opportunity of unity with nature, natural emotions…

Such housing is necessary for everybody who is crazy of travelling, for whom there is no any limit in world cognition, and who does not put any limit to others.
Combination of different kinds of texture and wood colors are used in the rooms decoration; they are stained oak, teak veneer, walnut veneer, “wenge” color, and the furniture elements made of natural wood.
