This is a project of a one-story residential building located in Cherkasy, designed for a family with two children.

The customer had a main plot of land measuring 15m by 40m and an additional small one inside the neighboring plot. Having worked on the functional plan of the house, we discovered a problem. The main plot of land was too narrow, and the small one was not used because it had no connection with the main plot. We informed the customer about this. The project was put on hold. After some time, the customer returned with new site boundaries. He agreed with the neighbors, a small plot was attached to the main one in the best way. After that the plot was narrow from the street side, but widened inside the plot. This decision had an important impact on the project and made it possible to design a comfortable house.
