SELENA DUPLEX IS PART OF THE “SELENA FAMILY RESORT” HOTEL AND RESTAURANT COMPLEX LOCATED ON THE BANK OF THE DNIPRO RIVER IN CHERKASY.

There was a space with pine trees on the territory of the complex. Our task was to design residential houses for temporary rent. The challenge was to keep the cozy forest atmosphere where the residents can feel a harmony with nature. So we placed five duplex houses on tree-free lawns and organized a unified parking zone further away.

We also suggested to make paths through the oak grove and arrange a decorative lake with an embankment near our place. In this way, we filled the space with function for people and preserved the landscape.
