A two-story residential house on the banks of the Dnipro river in Cherkasy. It is like a periscope that observes the surface of the water.
Our task was to design a modern residential house and to take into account the existing foundations of the previous house. Next to the main residential building is a guest house. A residential building, a guest house, a terrace, a barbecue area, a carport, a lounge area and a swimming pool create a harmonious functional complex. The house is closed from the outside and oriented to the river on the first floor. The second floor has architectural plasticity that resembles a periscope. You can watch the blue surface of the water from every bedroom.
The access to the river is from the bank. It gives a feeling of close contact with nature.
